This is obviously some kind of attachment that goes on the beater - I'm just not sure what the "feuille" is called in English - maybe a "paddle"? This is from a dessert recipe:

A l’aide d’un batteur **munie d’une feuille**, détendre la pâte d’amande avec les blancs afin d’obtenir une masse homogène et ajouter les zestes.
