French to English translations [PRO] Cooking / Culinary / menu item | | French term or phrase: Suprême de Volaille du Gers | | Main course on a restaurant fixed-price menu. In the past I've translated volaille du Gers as Gascon chicken, but would it be accurate to perhaps call this "free-range chicken supreme"? Gascon chicken supreme or variations doesn't come up with any ghits. |

| | Supreme of Gascon Chicken | Explanation: I know that the website says "élevé en plein air", but just in case Volaille de Gers is not always free-range! |
