French term or phrase:artisans et restaurateurs
This is from a brochure from a renowned chocolate makers to its potential customers (who are pastry chefs, chocolatiers, restaurant chefs, etc.)
Dans ce livret dédié aux fêtes de fin d’année, (chocolate brand) a pensé à vous, artisans et restaurateurs, pour vous proposer des recettes originales et pour que les fêtes qui arrivent vous laissent un souvenir indélébile.
I'm not sure how to say this in a snappy manner that will be specific enough yet easily understood by english speakers, and I'm not sure "artisans" will be appropriate in English.
Thanks.

I really don't think you should stay literal with this - it's advertising - but let yourself come up with something jaunty and flattering: maybe along the lines of "..you, as the creators of chocolate magic" or "skilled craftspeople of the chocolate world" or something...
I always thought the term "confectioners" was refererring only to sweet and chocolate makers/sellers but the text is also addressing restaurant chefs in general.
I can't make out if the "artisan" is making reference to chocolate artisans or artisans in general. Could you advise?
In the meantime, "Artisan" is a word that is spreading its usage around culinary and food industry in UK in my experience. I don't think that is a problem unless this is something specific that a more accurate word could be found for.
