Tout au long du voyage, on n'aura pas manqué de se désaltérer de stout beer, à moins que les ondées aient encouragé davantage à siroter un hot whiskey (additionné d'eau bouillante, de sucre et d'une rondelle piquée de clous de girofle).

The only thing I could find is clove/clove tree.
