La couleur de la chevelure est travaillée avec une coloration d'oxydation dans les tons dorés. Un balayage permet d'obtenir ce coté gold sur les pointes.

Given that the hair has been bleached to create golden highlights, where does the 'balayage' or frosting come into the process, as apparently frosting can occur without bleaching? Thanks in advance for replies.

The same word is used in English.

Balayage - This method is used to achieve more lightening on the ends of the hair (It is more natural this way, as hair should always be darker on the base of the hair shaft or the root area), and less on the roots as with traditional highlights.
