contexte : dans un questionnaire, les sujets doivent juger l'efficacité d'un masque pour les cheveux, plusieurs affirmations sont proposées et il faut cocher "d'accord" ou "pas d'accord":

I think we have a little tautology here, no doubt for emphasis.
I would be inclined to just stick with "hold" but you could add "set" or "lasting quality".
