I would reword the sentence as follows:

"The current crisis of the eurozone should be seen from the more general standpoint of a worldwide financial crisis with cyclical and structural aspects."

In other circumstances, I'd go for "a worldwide financial cyclical and structural crisis", but that is too much "-al" for my taste.

"Cyclical" is often used to translate "conjoncturel" in such contexts:
