French term or phrase: généralisation du salariat
Discussing changes in the French labour market and employment:

At first i thought it meant 'widespreading-ness' of the wage-earning population, but surely that is also the definition (albeit an entirely madeup one!) of "plein emploi", so now I just don't know!

Thanks.

Nice way of getting around 'generalisation', which I don't like!

agree  Natasha Dupuy: wage labor, yes (without U if for US), but I believe I would just say 'generalisation' (with a z if for the US) and not universalization

-> Absolutely possible; universalization/generalization depending on the overall context. Thank you.
