French term or phrase: grandeur
Hi,

Would "magnitudes" be ok in this sentence?
Any ideas?
Thank you in advance!

agree  njweatherdon: The others are correct as well (and maybe better depending on overall content of the paper), but I think this one is better. However, I wonder whether *general* might possibly be a little better, with grandeur referring to scope as much as measurement.

-> Thank you, njweatherdon! I think "general" could work well; in fact, that is what I meant by "major" (we'd need more context to be sure of anything, though). Have a nice day.
