Below it has the diagram showing what I believe to be his class rank in 9 courses, plus one overall grade(?) for the term(?) the choices being: JA, S, D, GD or LPGD (they are defined on the document). The diagram is a horozontal line with the grade(?) and rankings on the bottom, and a reference number above each for a class which is listed below, next to the reference number. I think I get the diagram. It's the top of the document I don't understand.
