PeterE (asker): 2:58am Jan 13, 2007: Bonjour Herve: At the Lycee polyvalente sainte-anne where a student is doing a BTS in Hotellerie and Restauration, the student in '1TS' does a course lasting 2 semesters then an internship. What might 1TS mean here? It is a Technical course cf. scientific, yes.
'1TS' is follwed in time by a '2TS' as if it is the title of a year of study.
Elsewhere, I see 'T' referring to various years in study at a lycee for a Baccalureat Technologique.
