Education / Pedagogy / DEUG
French term or phrase: PVS
I am translating a releve de notes for a DEUG.
There is a table with headings:
Code du Module
Code l’U.V.
Intitulé du Module ou de l’U.V.
Coef.
Note/20
Mention
Sem.
Année

Under the headings SEM. (which may be semestre?), there appears 'PVS'.

Any ideas on the meaning?
Many thanks!

English translation:(Preuve, Vérification et Sécurité) proof, verification and security
Explanation:
I found PVS meaning 'proviseur à la vie scolaire' and wondered if the student had spent that term with this responsibility, but then found the abbreviation PVS used to denote part of a course - see website referenced - and I think this explanation more likely - but it's only a guess!

As I can't be sure about this term I spoke to the client who advised putting a translator's note. Thank you all for your help, it is much appreciated!
