I know that URF is the teaching and research unit, but I don't know what scolarité is in this context.

There's a column on the right hand side of this webpage where possible translations of "scolarité" are given. There are two: schooling and attendance at school. I assume it's the latter that applies here.

disagree  Ccilb77: It would apply concerning primary and secondary education. At university, it has a different meaning, since students attendance is not checked anymore.
