Explanation:
CH or Confederatio Helvetica is the Latin name of Switzerland.
This is what you would see on car decals.
In French la Confederation Helvetique

I might have jump the gun. But when I see CH without context, that is what I think of. Because that how it is like a F for France, etc. I don't know if it applies to those nursing/education records. Is it under the origin of a patient/student, etc.?
