French term or phrase: C.A.S.U.: Conseiller d'administration scolaire et universitaire
Hello, I would like to know the equivalent of "C.A.S.U" (Conseiller d'administration scolaire et universitaire) . The document is an attestation of degree signed by the secretary-general who is also the "CASU".
I can't find an appropriate translation.
Thanks for you help

Administrative Councillor for Secondary and Higher Education
Explanation:
"and Tertiary Education" is what it would be here in Australia. I left UK for Australia 20 years ago and they were saying "Higher" then but there might have been a drift towards "Tertiary" since.

schools and higher education adviser

Explanation:
'Schools advisor' and 'higher education advisor' both exist in English (see Google).
It simply seems that the French have one term to cover both areas of responsibility, and the suggested translation fits in with the job description given in the official French government website.
