I think 'centre' might imply a larger set up. Similar to Anne-Marie's answer, but I think that is probably a less widespread term.

Listening Ear Service is great too but 1) as a translator I usually use more conservative/neutral terms and 2) the university in question is a business school, so students would be keenly aware of being "talked down to".
