French term or phrase: articulation pédagogique
Description of an adult education program in Ontario.

"Nous valorisons les partenariats entre les institutions en ce qui a trait à ***l’articulation pédagogique*** rattachée au développement de programmes d’études répondant à la fois aux besoins des élèves et aux réalités de la région."

I know that "pedagogical articulation" exists in English but not sure whether it's appropriate here. Ideally, I'd like to find a simpler translation. TIA

(pedagogical) coordination
Explanation:
Agree with meaning given by Jessica, but when I came to having a go at the sentence this is how it came out:

"We value partnerships between institutions when it comes to coordinating teaching programs that respond both to student needs and regional realities."

If that has collapsed too much of the "articulation" of the original, perhaps:

"We value partnerships between institutions when it comes to the pedagogical coordination involved in developing course programs that respond both to student needs and regional realities."

curriculum articulation

Explanation:
This refers to the coordination of curricula between educational institutions that feed into each other, and also within levels in the same educational institution. The idea is that they build on one another or fit into one another.
