French to English translations [PRO] Education / Pedagogy / Certificate of qualification | | French term or phrase: La qualification en chirurgie generale ... est bien le titre visé a l´article 5 | de la directive 93/16/CEE du conseil du 5 avril 1993 et sanctionne une formation en chirurgie generale entirerment conforme aux conditions de formation prévues aut titre II de la dite directive.
My doubt is regarding "est bien le titre", which I think refers to "la qualification", although I cannot find the logic of the sentence. According to my interpretation I have done the following translation: The qualification of GENERAL SURGERY ....is correct according to the qualification set out in article 5, points 2 and 3 of the Council Directive no. 93/16/EEC of 5 April 1993 and recognises a training in GENERAL SURGERY which completely fulfils the conditions of training laid down in chapter III of the said Directive.
I would appreciate any comments and observations. Thank you. |
