Equivalence


Explanation:
If it's actually on a report card, I don't think we would have a verb there.

Equivalence is the standard term.

If you need a verb, I'd say the institution "grants" and the student "receives" the equivalence.

disagree  B D Finch: The use of "equivalency" in your reference, which is clearly a translation, is incorrect (adverbial form used inappropriately); it should be **equivalence**.
