in internet "jeu du tri" is always combined with recycling of used materials. It's a game, developped to train children in recycling. But I'm not a teacher and I hope you find others - more specialized in this field of expertice - nevertheless I hope my little comment may help - by and good luck

Explanation:
I understand this as the facility, or drop-off place, for recycling. You can call it a sorting station as well. Jeu just being the set of containers for glass, paper, etc. But no need to put set in your translation. If you need responsable include environmentally-friendly, otherwise just stick with waste. There are lots of possible combinations.
