| | | PhD (summa cum laude)/ PhD with distinction | Explanation: Summa cum laude means with the highest honour which is what the student is being conferred with.
I think in English you can leave out "avec felicitations" - with the congratulations of the examining board, however, if you want to keep it in, you can see the following link:
