I think the OCH is actually 0CH and is just a label. I reversed it because it just looks better that way in English.

agree  David Goward: I'm pretty sure your reasoning in the Notes to Asker box above is spot on, although Id leave 0CH to avoid confusion as it could well be labelled as such on diagrams etc.

  -> I don't have a strong feeling either way about 0CH / CH0. I think CH0 "looks" better in English but may not match with other documents (as you, quite rightly, say).

agree  Tony M: I agree that Ch. 0 would be more what I'd expect to see, though as David says, the wider repercussions might render that unwise.
