It is put on the roof of buildings where the customer drop extends a great distance over the roof before reaching the weatherhead to ensure clearance between the low-voltage drop cable and roof.
Previous English translations have used 'trestle' but I find this doubtful. Do you know the name of this kind of support? |

| Grading comment Thanks for your help. Though A-frame makes sense, I could not find any Web-based contexts supporting it and chose to translate descriptively as 'roof-top support'
