power cabinet
Explanation:
Impossible to be sure without more context, but usually it just means electrical power, unless there is some special indication that it is referring to batteries.

More than likely, one of these two cabinets is concerned with power arriving, while the other is to do with power being used by the destination appartus.

But you really need to give us more context to go on, as it could change everything!

I think it's probably the electronic control unit for the strobes, which would include high power capacitors etc. But it would be over-interpreting to assume that without more context, and so I think 'power' or 'drive' cabinet is about the only safe way to go that remains as non-committal as the FR

neutral  Philippe Etienne: maybe some capacitor cabinet as it seems to connect to a strobe light?

  -> Merci, Philippe !

neutral  Terry Richards: "l’armoire électrique" is probably the power cabinet. It's probably some kind of energy storage for the strobes. Could be capacitors OR batteries.
