More than likely, one of these two cabinets is concerned with power arriving, while the other is to do with power being used by the destination appartus.

I think it's probably the electronic control unit for the strobes, which would include high power capacitors etc. But it would be over-interpreting to assume that without more context, and so I think 'power' or 'drive' cabinet is about the only safe way to go that remains as non-committal as the FR |
