First of all, not really sure if it is the organisme or the entreprenneur who will supply the appareils; second, why is this being even being mentioned, wouldn't an organisme agréé have its own appareils? |

Personally, if I were the 3rd party doing the tests, I might prefer to use my own equipment, knowing when it was last calibrated and how roughly (or not) it has been treated, rather than rely on equipment I don't know the history of. Probably depends on how specialized the equipment required is, how voluminous, how easy to transport, etc. |

It seems logical that the "entrepreneur" was the last mentioned and this provision follows the idea of costs and arrangements that the Contractor will be charged with.
The "organisme" may have its own instruments but it is still the contractor's responsibility in terms of this contract to which the "organisme" is not a party.
