Explanation: Although Wikipédia had a listing for “automaticien” it didn’t have a direct link to anything in Wikipedia. So I went through some of their other links until I found that a definition for “automaticien” and what the related subject was in English. It’s difficult to find job listings for an ‘electrical controller,’ although they do exist, because that term is also used for parts. There are more hits for ‘electrical engineer/controller.’

Earlier, I left out the reference to "automatique," which is the link that I followed to get to the English page on control theory. Perhaps it is due to this difference in names that a large number of organizations use a form of both automation and control in their web pages (see references below). Perhaps that solution will work for you.
