This is for setting up a reverse camera installed on the back of a vehicle to replace the mirror when needed. This section talks about powering the (wireless) camera.

agree  xxxBourth: Frame earth? I imagine they want it connected "franchement" to the chassis, not to a conductor connected to the chassis or some other equipment item attached to the chassis.
