À raison d’1 poste pour 10 m² : une nourrice équipée de 3 PC normales et 2 PC ondulables (soit un total de 1 800 nourrices). Réserve decâbles de 7 m.

English translation:battery backed up outlets
Explanation:
I guess PC stands for "prise de courant" here.
Onduleur = battery backup unit
This means that 2 A/C outlets out of each set may be protected in case of power outage.
"Ondulables" is not a common term, rather jargon. The suffix "able" probably means that they may or may not be backed up (depending on the needs, probably). Don't know how to render this nuance in English.

agree  chris collister: "battery" is generally understood, so I think just "backed up" is sufficient

power outlets on backed-up supply / UPS power outlets

Explanation:
The former is more formally correct, but the latter is probably neater.

Note that 'power socket' is often used in the UK, though I think 'power outlet' or 'socket outlet' are suitable for use in this technical context.

PC powered by UPS

Explanation:
Ondulable comes from "ondulateur"

Ondulateur is an UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)

after your comments I can add that it seems we have to deal with two mains line: a normal one and a second from a centralized UPS source.
