agree  chris collister: I've always thought "courtesy" lights a bit twee. Just "integral (rather than integrated) light" would do it for me.

Explanation:
While "courtesy lights" exist, I associate them with the passenger compartment. Even in the boot/trunk, I think I would call it a "boot light".

As for intégré, I wonder if it means it's a standard fitting (not an option), in which case it could also be said to be "built-in", though "built-in" could also be by contrast to "added by a subsequent owner".

However, "underbonnet light" appears to be said éclairage sous le capot or lampe sous le capot :
