I can't see that 'train' has any real translation value here, if they geneuienly are just talking about 'a video signal' — you may be able to tell from the rest of your context whether that is in fact the case, or if they are in some way referring to a 'video signal path/chain', etc. However, from the way it is described in this extract, I'd have thought that was unlikely.
