No other clues as to that with which this deposit might be "compliant"... googling turned up quite a few examples of semiconductor-related "dépôt conforme" but I couldn't unearth the EN equiv...

Explanation:
In this case the word is being used as with "conformal layer", ie one which "conforms" to the surface contours of the substrate. This (http://www.chem.harvard.edu/groups/gordon/papers/HCALDT.pdf) is one of many refs to conformal layers, though you will also find it being used where a thin film of silicone rubber is applied to pcbs to waterproof and otherwise protect them.
