feedback terminal strip
Explanation:
"Feedback" reflects report. Whether report is actually the right word here is not necessarily for us to say. That's what they call it, maybe that's how we should translate it.

Actually I wonder if this is not shorthand for "terminal strip that feeds back information signalling that the command instruction has been received". After all, it's one thing (as my British Army father used to say) for military commanders to say "Meirs, take two translators and launch a diversionary attack from the right flank on my first signal: Marsden, take the rest of the squad and make a frontal attack on my second signal" and have Meirs and Marsden reply "OK, lootenant". And quite another for them to reply "Yes, leftenant, I and my two men shall launch a diversion on the right flank when you first signal" and "Yes, leftenant, I and the rest of the squad shall attack head-on upon your second signal".

Maybe "control loop terminal strip" would cover info going both ways.

indications terminal strip

Explanation:
This is how I would phrase it - "report d'informations" is a different term (than bornier) - it states the purpose of the terminal strip (or row). I have a problem with "les commandes distance" - these are controls (commands) - not indications - so the terminal strip is for "control" rather than for indications only.

neutral  Tony M: You've said it yourself: this is nothing to do with mere indications; these 'informations' are in fact control data, so I think 'indications would be a mis(leading)-translation
