French term or phrase: MALTV

Does anyone have any idea what the above acronym might stand for? It appears on a parts list for spare parts for a turbine generator under the electrical safety section:

Outillage électrique de sécurité BT, MT et HT (perche VAT, MALTV, tabourets, tapies isolants ...etc).

I have VAT down as vérification d'absence de tension, which makes sense, but cannot work out anything sensible for MALTV!
