Explanation:
The first "projet" refers to any project whereas the second "Projet" with a capital P refers to the one in question, so this gives us "the usual stipulations for projects of the same type as the Project (concerned by this agreement, or whatever)". However, I think it would be clearer to state "for projects of this type".
