a- Sur les autorisations de construire

L'immeuble a été édifié au vu de permis de construire réguliers et définitifs. La conformité de la construction a été obtenue.

Toutefois, les dossiers de permis de construire sont à compléter notamment des plans et certaines précisions doivent nous être apportées quant aux points suivants résultant des avis et prescriptions des permis de construire, savoir:

- Localisation du poste de distribution public d'électricité ,
- Régularisation de la cession au Département XXXXXXX d'une partie de terrain d'assiette du permis de construire en vue de l'élargissement de la voie (à cet égard, la note de renseignements d'urbanisme confirme que l'alignement est conservé)
- L'avis de la SNCF du 11 septembre 2000 doit nous être transmis afin de vérifier qu'il n'existe pas de prescriptions particulières liées à la proximité des voies du RER;
- L'avis EDF/GDF du 6 septembre 2000 prévoyant "la création d'un poste de distribution public dans l'emprise de**** l'opération à "3 transfos"****.

Eeks, this is WAY too technical for me - but unfortunately it appears as an item in some property sale documentation I am translating. Previously, the document has referred to the location of a public distribution electricity sub-station within the plot of land. I understand that the 'transfos' are transformers, but need to understand why 3 etc. - and come up with a way of rendering it. It appears to be specific to France - am in the process of researching this, but wondered if one of you techies out there can throw any light in the meantime to assist? Would be most grateful for any guidance. Luckily, the doc only refers to it this once...
