This is from a table of contents of a technical speficiations for a power company. I'm not quite sure how to translate this term. The sub-sections in this section are "Refroidissement" and "Refroidissement ONAN". There isn't much else in the way of context. Here's the complete sentence in the section:

"Les transformateurs de mesure répondront aux recommandations de la CEI 185."

Measuring transformers doesn't seem correct to me.
