French to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Energy / Power Generation | | French term or phrase: prises du régleur en charge | I found "régleur en charge" in the glossary defined as "on-load tap changer" but the sentence I am trying to translate has "prises du régleur en charge". I'm not sure what the difference is here. Here is the whole sentence:
"Les transformateurs pourront fonctionner en service continu à leur puissance nominale dans la limite d’échauffement à 10 % de surexcitation ou de sous-excitation (cela s’applique à toutes les **prises du régleur en charge** et, dans le cas de refroidissement forcé, tous les aéroréfrigérants en service)."

| | on-load tap changer tap positions | Explanation: It seems that "prise" stands here for the "tap position" of the tap changer. It does not make sense otherwise (as "socket"). |
