I have a feeling your TIC is the other term you mentioned before; though PNE may be something different again. Do you have any units for any of these? The thing is, I suspect your PDD and PA may be expressed in (e.g.) MW, whereas the PNE might be energy, ie MWh etc. (power × time), so knowing the units might help to sort it out.
Am I right in thinking that (Electricity) Buyer is claiming the Electricity Supplier didn't generate, and hence provide, as much electricity as they had contracted to do?
I somehow don't think in this case it could be TIC (but I stand to be corrected!), as I've always thought that meant the rated capcity of the generating facility, which would not, I'd have imagined, have figured in their supply contract... but I'm only surmising! |
