French term or phrase: en rampe ascendante
This is part of a contract and as a non-technical person I would appreciate help with the correct way to express "en rampe ascendante' in the following:

"Lorsque la Centrale synchronise ou resynchronise une Unité, après permission obtenue pour l'OS pour ce faire, la Société de Projet ne peut déclarer l'unité disponible et déclarer la Puissance Disponible de cette Unité qu'au plus tôt où la puissance produite par cette Unité atteint en rampe ascendante le seuil de 200 MW."

agree  chris collister: New power plants especially are very carefully and slowly brought up to full power.

agree  Terry Richards: I would leave out "reach". Just "has ramped up to the threshold...". Also, it's not nec. a new plant, just one coming [back] online. // The "reach" isn't wrong, Just unnecessary :)
