From a HVAC spec manual:
"Le présent lot aura à sa charge les alimentations Force de toutes les autres batteries électriques des locaux qui sont climatisés par l'armoire 3 ainsi que les raccordements de toutes les batteries électriques de son lot et leurs liaisons aux équipements de régulation et de signalisations."

"Une coupure Electrique Force est à prévoir à l’entrée intérieure de chaque local technique climatisation HVAC 1 et 2 ou suivant les directives de. . ."

Unclear on the use of "lot" but I'll work that out; actually I need a steer on how "Force" is being used here.
