French term or phrase:cheminements hors plateforme
Again from same text, under "ETUDES D'EXECUTION": "Pour la ou les multitubulaire(s) et cheminements hors plateforme". I've got the first bit, but I'm just not 100% on what this last bit means. Ideas please - thanks!

Here you are talking, quite clearly, about the TRACK and so the "plateforme" is the subgrade or track formation (both terms exist).
As to the "cheminements", if I could see the whole text I would probably be able to tell what they mean at once. As it is, I have to guess. They seem to be talking about pipes, tube, hose, but I may be wrong.....
I would need to know for sure to give the right term but it has to be something about "exits from the track subgrade"

The "cheminements", in my opinion, are pipes - and the text here mentions the "multitubulaire" which would seem to confirm that.

Hi, yes it is about railways. The text is pretty ambiguous here, though it does mention "en plateforme" elsewhere. The text has "quai" for "platform" in several places, but I'm really not sure here.
The document (pour la ou les... en plateforme) is one which the Successful Bidder must provide. The text following the sentence I have cited is: "validation des plans d'implantation y compris chambre de tirage et rayons de courbure des fourreaux; validation du...".
is this about railways? From this and your last question, I have the impression that it is but it would help to have more details. If it is railway, "plateforme" could be "track bed", for example
