French to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general) / aeration: flexible membrane diffusers | | French term or phrase: en surface liquide | Encrassement des diffuseurs
-Mesure et évolution de la perte de charge des diffuseurs
-Aspect des bulles et du brassage en surface liquide
-Action en fonction de l’état (nettoyage ou renouvellement)
This is taken from a presentation on inspections that must be carried out at a wastewater treatment plant - specifically on the air diffusers used for aeration - which may clog up and need to be cleaned. So far, for 'Aspect des bulles et du brassage en surface liquide' I have this: 'The appearance of the bubbles and the mixing... but then I get a bit confused as to exactly what it means......'en surface liquide'? |

| Grading comment Chose this answer in the end because, although I thought the other answer was good, I felt that 'stirring' summed it up better than 'agitation' in this particular context. 3 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
