This is linked with a former question. It's to do with the appearance of the bubbles produced by air diffusers used in a wastewater treatment plant. I understand the second bullet point, but what on earth does 'immersion rasante' mean? I know 'raser' can mean 'to skim' - so I wondered if it could mean, by association, 'just below the surface' or 'skimming the surface' - but I am not at all sure. |
