"vos hommes sur site ont déplacé la trappe d'évacuation des sciures (by-pass silo humide) afin de le metre sur une section horizontale, permettant une meilleure évacuation des sciures."
Help with this entire sentence would help too. The text is written by a Belgian attorney.
