Tech/Engineering - Engineering (general) / business letter writing course | | French term or phrase: bibliothèque nationale des courriers | This is taken from information about various training courses - looks like some sort of 'standard letters library' but I have never actually heard of the 'bibliotheque nationale des courriers' - is it perhaps a branch of the BN? Some sort of national archives department?
See 2nd bullet point down. Thanks in advance for any help.
