neutral  Catharine Cellier-Smart: Hi Margaret. I'm not convinced "achats centraux" means this person is the head of the purchasing dept., but I might be wrong.

  -> You're entitled to what you think, Catharine, but the asker states that this comes AFTER the person's name, which makes me think that this refers to the deptartment that person belongs to.
