river police
Explanation:
Commonly called this in the U.K., but there appear to be several terms for this type of 'unit' and even in the U.K. this is not necessarily the official name.

It operates out of its HQ at Wapping River Police station, about a mile downstream from Tower Bridge, the third police station on this site since the first marine police station was opened in 1798.

River Brigade

Explanation:
The fïrst thing you'll notice when you come down the ramp is a floating police station: the River Brigade is equipped with both boats and skin diving suits.

Taking note of Chris's suggestion, I think you should use retain the word 'fluvial', as it can be used as such in English and translate only the 'brigade' as 'squad', the term used in English for this. So, this now becomes 'Fluvial squad'

neutral  chris collister: Not necessarily flooding which is infrequent. More frequent for the police to deal with are floating bodies, collisions etc.

disagree  juliebarba: Hi, I agree with Chris and also think that the second suggestion of fluvial squad really wouldn't be used for the police in English. They are commonly known as the river police. Other options for different countries are on wiki.
