"upstream" does not work well in situations like this, IMO. "Upline" might work better, but even then it's not always great.
Do you not think the intermediate comma might be wrong, that it should read "document(s) amont(s)"? In which case "prior document(s)".

Explanation:
If the document containing this table is in a hierarchy with, for example, a requirement specification at the top, and design requirements below that, and design specifications below that, I would feel happy to use "higher-level documents" to indicate those higher up the hierarchy and of course "lower-level" if there's an "aval" column, but there probably isn't as those docs probably don't yet exist.
