Have you decided to call it a company mobility plan already? That's what I've used before. As for the abbreviation, my second reference below is a French one, which maintained PDE apparently because it was necessary. Otherwise I wouldn't. CMP can also be used for City Mobility Plan, Comprehensive Mobility Plan...
