French term or phrase: rapport de coté

This occurs in Terms of Reference for environmental reporting. I can't see any logic or coherent meaning.

"Le périmètre du reporting des indicateurs environnementaux est le « périmètre combiné ».
Il comprend l’activité des Caisses régionales et celles des filiales françaises et internationales.
Il est mis à jour chaque année.
Bâtiments 100% rapport de coté – à confirmer."

I’m not quite sure how an odds ratio would fit in here, but it seems to, given the stated scope of the report -- i.e., two sets of measurable activities -- compared to the following description of “rapport de coté:”

Le rapport de cotes (odds ratio en anglais) correspond au rapport de la cote d’un ensemble pour un événement donné et de la cote d’un autre ensemble pour le même événement.

From what I’ve seen, its application seems to be more in the field of medicine rather than environment, but the mathematical principle itself may be applicable here.
